Overview
The course provides in-depth details on how to design, implement and supervise anEnvironmental Management System using ISO 14001: 2004 standard. The course will cover all the core elements of an Environmental management system, from the Environmental policy, to planning, implementation and operation, checking and corrective action and management review, with the intent of achieving improved Environmental performance.
Participants will learn through syndicates and role play sessions the requirements of the standard, including how identification and management of Aspects, risk analysis and control, legal and other requirements, audit preparation.
Who should attend
Staff who have the responsibility for understanding, implementing, or supporting the implementation of their organization’s Environmental Management System. HSE Advisors, Management System Implementation Supervisors and Middle Management.
