Overview
This course will provide participants with an understanding of the key requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system standards, including how planning for hazard identification, risk analysis and risk control. The course will cover all the core elements of a quality management system, from the policy, to planning, implementation and operation, checking and corrective action and management review, with the intent of achieving improved quality performance. The course has practical exercises and syndicate breakout sessions, which help in achieving a better understanding of the subject matter. At the end of the course participants will understand the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 standard, steps in designing, implementing and maintaining a MS that is compliant with the requirements.
